THE ROSE GARDEN
Vicky and Isabella Ducrot's idea was to have roses from all over the world in a small space where they could appreciate their colour, perfume and shape. The collection today consists of 650 varieties and botanicals with a total of about 3000 specimens.
From their long journeys to Asia and the Middle East, Vicky and Isabella have brought back rose specimens, cuttings or seeds that are still unknown. These include, for example, the beautiful 'Lijiang Rose' - a giant rose hybrid from China.

A Garden for Roses is Vicky Ducrot's book that tells the birth of a passion and classifies all the species in the rose garden with extreme precision. The rose collection at Lake Corbara includes at least 16 species and 600 botanical varieties dating from 1500 to the present day.
